As of March 2026, the following programs are at capacity:

• Rossview: Grammar 1 & 2 (Grades K–3), Grammar 3B (Grades 4–5)

• Woodlawn: Grammar 2 (Grades 1–2)

Families who apply for these programs will be added to a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Tour & Information Meeting

Register for a tour and information session.

SCHEDULE A TOUR

Virtual tours are available for military families and those relocating to the area. To request a virtual tour, email admissions@maclarksville.org.

 

2. Online Application

Complete and submit the online application along with the application fee.

3. Family Interview & Student Evaluation

A member of the admissions team will contact you to schedule a family interview and student evaluation(s).

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Applications are not carried over from year to year. All families — including those who have applied before — must submit a new application for each upcoming school year.

• Campus tours for both locations are offered only during the application and admission season. Dates will be announced via our website, mailing list, and social media. Tours are not available outside of these scheduled times.

• Admission decisions begin in February following the family interview, academic evaluation, and prayer. Decisions are based on overall “best fit” and are not made on a first-come, first-served basis.
